Wow..... BAM!

...and the so called 'King of the OTC' just turned into the 'Frog of the OTC' in a single moment.

As I've been saying for a very long time, reporting high revenues doesn't exactly mean you are profitable. And I'm betting with needing $2m they are not profitable at all or perhaps making a little chump change here and there.

Expansion? LOL, the company can't even expand in their current location. And I suggested weeks ago that they start a new location since they are apparently 'turning away business' according to the CEO.... But my suggestion of starting a second location appeared to be dumb.... and now I hear this new loan is for expansion....LOL...LOL...LOL Good excuse...LOL

Here's what I think the company should do with this money:

1) Start a new Fire department and issue themselves a permit so the imaginary robot can get installed.

2) Actually buy a dispensing robot so that when the truth comes out the company won't look foolish.

3) Buy enough band-aids and tourniquets and pass them out to all the shareholders so the SP bleeding will stop.

WOW, is that a 10% drop yesterday and even hit below $0.03??? Perhaps consider selling out before it tanks even further? And looking at the trades from the day before it was only green because someone painted it to be green 15 seconds before the closing bell.

What a turd of a ticker this is with a member of management that's banned FOR LIFE by FINRA......




OH, BTW, It doesn't look like this 'TURD OF THE OTC' is debt free anymore..... LOL...LOL...LOL

It wouldn't surprise me if the company released another PR today to try and stop the bleeding. That's exactly what they did when they were discovered to be lying about acquisitions. Another PR to cover up, sounds about what a con artist would be doing..... Let's wait and see...
