They are making it seem like Dan has been telling us every single month that he is close to making things happen. That is way removed from reality.

No I think it is more like some people claim that they call or write Dan about every week and THEY are the ones making monthly or weekly claims of things "coming soon".

You are absolutely correct. Dan says nothing at all which must be the "transparency" he was talking about when he "took over".

Why "enough capital needed" to get a resource estimate wasn't enough.

Isn't the suit due to him putting a large part of the fund he manages into SRSR? All that does is show how much he believes in the potential of the project and also should light a fire under his arse to increase shareholder value

Yes he put other peoples money into a company he didn't know enough about that turned out to be a scam and he is being sued for it.
No that doesn't mean what you think it does.
After all... Since he joined the BoD after they lost their money doesn't that just mean he was part of the deal all along?

And if not wouldn't he make Scott the obvious fall guy since he now has access to the books and can make Scotts crimes public?

He cant do that without telling the shareholders since he is a director. It would be a breech of fiduciary duty to not expose a scam in the company. And so far we have heard not a single bad word about Scott or anything about removing the scammer.

All the suppositions we can dream up about Dan don't mean anything because Dan has remained so silent that nobody knows what he is doing.

That is why the phone call rumors are all a bunch of BS.
If Dan had anything meaningful to say he would say it publically.
To claim that your officers are awesome because he will tell you stuff in a private email, is just acknowledging that he is a criminal just like Scott.
