There was never any "expansion of a current facility." They simply agreed (on April 1) to sublet beginning on July 1st (which makes the existence of the recent PR that much more laughable):
On April 1, 2016, the Company entered into a new sublease agreement for a facility located in Woodinville, Washington. The lease commences on July 1, 2016 and expires on January 31, 2020, and requires escalating monthly payments that range between $14,985 and $16,022, for a total of $633,836 in future lease commitments through the end of the lease term.
That is EXPENSIVE.
