That's not what I stated. Here is my quote:

Meaning adjuvant treatment course.


Herceptin alone is approved for the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer in patients who have received one or more chemotherapy courses for metastatic disease.

If you still think your quotes are correct, Herceptin in your two quoted setting usages are for "adjuvant treatment course", oh well ......
