New 10q and well nothing much has changed

Mr. Scragg's 1983 patent proved that gentle oxidation of methane gas, a hydrocarbon, using precise electromagnetic activation produces methanol gas which is then condensed in the reactor chamber to form liquid methanol. The Scragg process for gas to liquid conversion provides for production of methanol on a low-volume scale using an easily transportable apparatus and system. When the inventor received his patent for the GTL process technology, he created a working GTL prototype for presentation to the U.S. Patent office. Today, that prototype no longer exists and a new prototype has to be built using the inventor's notes, drawings and data collection, along with newly gathered research information, to prove the viability of the GTL technology."

So 236 is hanging their hat on a patent that is expired on technology that couldn't be developed in 30 plus years. The DCGT which looks like they a classifying as a low power engine now, as the latest iteration the 6th only produces 70 horsepower and took only 20 years to develop and yet sits idle as there is no more money for future development. So much for the heavy truck market revolution. You would think they would change their website to reflect that, as they currently look like they no idea of what they are talking about.

Ah but don't loose hope!

The HPBS lives on!!!!! The good Dr. Chang has been cleared of all charges relating to fraud with the ETS deal. And after 1.5 years Twain prosecutors haven't been able to advance any charges in the court system. Strange I know, you would think something would have at least been set on a calendar as this is a fraud case involving 200k plus, but I guess not.

But in October 2014, in a deep underground bunker Dr. Chang built a HBPS! And its under going testing!!!! 236 is watching closely and if the science bears fruit they will buy the rights!!!

One question, why has there never been one photo or video showing any of the construction and or the testing of this mythical beast? You mean to tell me in the age of instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and snap chat there isn't any proof of Dr. Chang and or the construction of this monster? Secret DD here folks, mind you we are closing in on 2 years. Either the thing works or it doesn't.

The 10 q revealed a new term called "The scraggs process" not sure what that process is as all of his patients have basically expired and the technology never made to work after decades.

They company created about 169 k more shares, I know I know tis nothing......as its shadowed by the 500,000 option contracts or better put the 5 million shares that lay in wait for the right time to sell.

As for the balance sheet TTE is sitting on a monster 17k in cash and has been carrying forward the same 13k of outdated furniture and fax machines for a combined 31k in total assets. Current stock valuation gives the company an 11.2 million dollar market cap. Since its inception the company has lost about 22 million dollars and has not one working product, and under the new leadership of 236 a new scam is underfoot "gas to liquid" to capture vent gas which they hope to hook up their low powered DCTG to and generate power.

The mere fact that this story continues should outrage stock holder as "The Scraggs" is and always has been one of the biggest scammers involved in tteg. The Scraggs along with his wife have received shares from 236 for the right to the DCTG, and will also consult 236 on trade secrets involving the DCTG all at shareholder expense.

Its almost as if TTEG was created by Scraggs to cash in. Scraggs was Alpha engines which was hired by TTEG yet failed to produce the DCTG. Then Rouse set out to build the DCTG and scragg became a consultant to TTEG, they failed. Then TTEG bought the rights to the DCTG and gave a consulting gig again to Scraggs, and here we sit.

Truly a great story

And Don't forget about Phyllis Rouse who brought down around 1 million dollars as secretary of TTEG, never once has anyone address that one. What did she do? All the while she was a school principle in Florida.
