Let's not confuse Seymour's dementia and Diwan's sub-moronic stupidity and cognitive impairments with dishonesty.

Just because they continue to lie to the investing public doesn't mean they're willful fraudsters. Rather, they are just delusional, cognitively impaired imbeciles who believe they are being honest.

The fact that they compensate themselves with millions of dollars of investors money while they fumble around, blinded by the thick fog of their own stupidity, is just a happy byproduct of their brain damaged ineptness.
