The BID has been @.0002 almost all morning, the BID is now @.0003 but i can assure you when the orders went through the BID was .0002. I've had the L2 up all morning and currently this is the only STOCK i'm watching.

I don't understand how you think this was a dump when the Price action is clearly going up, the one order that was a downtick was .000293 which rounded up is .0003 which was the ASK when the orders went through.

i'm in know way shape or form saying this thing is going to take off because as Long as VNDM is on the ASK it should be treated as a HUGE resistance line, but i'm definitely saying that was not a dump.

My Opinion and what makes the most sense to me is that VNDM has been driving this thing down for awhile, then all of the sudden on the BID side he moves up, and then Huge volume comes in, this to me seems more like a Buy to Cover on a decent size Short. Which does make the most sense especially since it's has .0002 on the BID for a couple of days, and news fixing to come out may have decided to cover since it couldn't get the .0002's to print.
