Proceeds used for general working capital?

Why do we need the money right now? RXMD receives 2 mil spread out over almost two years? 250,000 every quarter roughly? That's nothing. Aren't we making profits anyways?

This deal seems to be written in a way that seems positive, but seems pretty bothersome to me.

If the 2 mil was received in a quicker manner, it could be used for bigger growth and development. $250,000 here and there will not get us anywhere. It makes me think that the funds are needed for more overhead type costs.

This is a strange deal to me.
