Uplisting to Nasdaq was a total sham. There were never any major institutional buying (just token holdings) that HTFBS stated was needed and should occur to get the stock to the next level. Remember when SS said on this MB he was going to talk to his "hedge fund buddies"? How did that go for him? LOL.

Instead, Nasdaq was used as hype to get more investors excited to bid the price up. Even longs here admit, at LEAST, Glassware wasn't ready for prime time. So WTF was ANY management thinking when they went Nasdaq?

Now it all looks like a scheme to rake in money for the insiders (cashing of cashed out) and management (diluting holders to like their pockets)...which included Overland to extend the clock before the inevitable wall.

Yep, Sounds all like securities fraud to me.
