Just noticed this, on the OTC Markets page that has IDLM's information:
The law firm listed as "Legal Counsel" to IDLM, the Stoecklein Legal Group, is shown as a "prohibited provider," due to the fact that it's principal, Donald Stoecklein, was sanctioned by the SEC in an order dated June 2, 2016.

Not sure what this means for IDLM, other than their listed legal counsel is no longer permitted to practice before the SEC.

Given the consent order signed by Marcus Frazier of IDLM almost a year ago, should we not expect to see some new filings coming at some point?
