The owner today is Greenpay. That is a fact, even under your scenario.

Now they may be deeding the properties out of Greenpay at some point, but from 2014 to today, Greenpay is the owner of record...and they have no business owning real estate.

Then there is the property owned by MYEC. No explanation for that one at all from Ed or others.

That property was not even mentioned in the lawsuit.
