Again I'm not following you. Certainly a loss would be a loss, and a loss that caused a bankruptcy would be a bigger loss than one that didn't, and all investors would lose everything. In that case, Dimension would "win" a judgment against a company that is unable to pay, with whatever assets it has sold off and divided among creditors.
