My guess is there were no real assets to sell after default,
or that is the first thing TCA would have taken control of since there was no real business activity. Ptah couldn't come up with a profitable business plan.

I predict ptah will lose lawsuit, or settled.

my guess is By time all said and done,even the proverbial company virtual desk & computer will be gone. Probably already are.
