The authorized share count will remain 975 million shares
until at least September. In order to get the share structure
changed, they need to send shareholders 20 days notice to hold
a special meeting to vote on the increase of authorized shares.

They may or may not get the vote.

Before September, this thing could run to .05 with the authorized
shares maxed out.
