I am as pissed as rationale person toward the attitude they showed to their investors. However, how is his McGann gonna run his own lab at L3 or how is Liscouski do the same at Zapata if they disappoint again and again and get the shareholder vote They need without spending quality time in the courts? They stated the process to increase shareholder value when this was at 50s, they took over above a dollar, the last CC they said they are not sure why it is trading so cheap when it was is 40s...they need almost 70% of the votes and They need to show value. We will see.
