Unfortunately business does not operate in that manner and no company like Qsep can continue to botch test after test without consequences.

Sorry, but yes the business absolutely operates in this manner. And where does it say anywhere that QSEP can not botch tests. QSEP "botched" 2 tests with Kinder Morgan and now Kinder Morgan is working to automate AOT on their pipeline. If the customers like Kinder Morgan see promise in the technology (which they obviously do) then QSEP could do 10 tests if they needed to. This is a new technology and there are always bugs and things to be worked out with new technology especially in the oil space.

It all goes back to the oil industry wanting this technology and willing to be a partner with QSEP to make it work. And they are ;)
