Hershey (HSY) is firmer by about 1% after the Hershey Trust that controls the company agreed to make significant governance changes that could potentially boost the chances a previously rejected $23 billion takeover offer from Mondelez International(MDLZ) will be in play again, according to media reports.

The deal was made with the Pennsylvania attorney general, Bloomberg said.
