If TMMI had to pay Dimension's legal costs that would amount to a probable high six figure to as much as a low seven figure payment. That wouldn't be easy to do unless Wright, Wiggins, Neff and many others chipped in. That's not something I think they're going to be eager to do. As such bankruptcy would be the option. That certainly wouldn't help the TMMI faithful, now would it?
