I agree. But the issue is the not the current SS, but the velocity of the growth of the o/s and float due to the convertible notes. They will have no choice but to address this very soon.

With 143 million added to the o/s and float in a two week period, something's gotta give. An A/S increase? A reverse split? Buying the rest of the convertible notes? I do not know.
