I have told investors many times, Pharmacies will NOT be selling LP's dried Cannabis buds!!! If at all they will stock LP low potency vegetable cooking oils and tinchers, It is illegal in Ontario and most of Canada for Healthcare stores to supply, sell, Advertise, or promote any and all Smokeable Products, this regulation is so STRICT that all Drugstores were forced to stop selling the Candy Cigarettes we all use to love so much!! Investors need to get a hold on reality and read some facts!

on expert consultations, third-party research, and input from our members and their patients,
CPhA believes that the best way to enhance patient safety, education, and appropriate access is
through pharmacist dispensing and management of medical marijuana, while promoting the use of
non-smokeable products as opposed to smokeable forms.

And BTW Supreme Court has already ruled in favor of Personal production and Designated Medical growers, if Health Canada disobeys this ruling in any way we will be back in court for the next 5 years while a extended injunction will continue, even a Majority Government won't be able to pass bills, while Cannabis is in front of the courts.
Tweed and the LP's fight now is with dispensary "SECTOR" which now has filed a Constitutional suit, that could hold up Legalization and the LP's for years if the Government doesn't change it's mind and include them!!!

The owner of a medical marijuana dispensary battling the City of Abbotsford to stay open has filed a constitutional challenge, claiming the city has no right to ban pot shops.

In court filings submitted this month, Don Briere, who operates marijuana dispensary Mary Jane Glass and Gifts on South Fraser Way, claims many of Mary Jane’s patients are unable to obtain marijuana elsewhere due to low incomes, disabilities or both.
