Everybody knows they're not getting $56 million or $15 million or $1 million even. Look at the low volume and low price after a 1:200 reverse split.
Their balance sheet is so bad, they'd need millions just pay off their debt and no one is putting equity into a company that loses hundreds of thousands on $3k in revenues.
