I am sure that Nancy is a nice person, but the BOD has just put another nail in the WPRT coffin.
This company has a sucking chest wound, and a band-aide is the last thing we need right now.

Removing DEMERS, might raise the IQ of the management team, but it is still the same group that we have had for the past few years. So just removing DEMERS is purely optics. We also need to remove the idiot who did the Cartesian deal (CFO), and bring in a team that has respect and credibility, something this company has been lacking for years.

New blood and new ideas are needed, and the BOD is too timid or too lazy or too stupid (or all of the above) to take the real steps necessary to save this company and increase shareholder value.

They need to grow a pair, or hire someone who has a pair, or WPRT is $0.00 in less than 12 months.
