Dave- The price and the working capital is set for the Zapata acquisition. Whatever the difference between the sale price of ETD and the fixed amount that will go to debt and Zapata acquisition SHOULD BE DISTRIBUTED AS DIVIDENDS as indicated by their original PR. As indicated by someone, TSA order is expected to be more than 3500 units. That's why they also stated that waiting until October will bring benefits to the shareholders.
