Thanks Detonate. Ive never seen anyone comment on file complaints with the NYState Sttorney Generals office. I hope some longs did because the more complaints the better the motivation to investigate criminal securities fraud using the states Martin Act. Ive tried to explained just how powerful the state Martin Act is compared to anything the federal Government can bring to bear in this situation. I know many longs took up my suggestion to file complaints with the NY Supreme court to hopefully get Rosin and Kim disciplined up to disbarment. But never heard anyone post that they followed through with the Attonney General. Hope you are right.
