Awaitingamove: I don't believe there is any intention to keep the share price low. Capstone is virtually unknown and undiscovered. If Stewart can keep the positive momentum going it will just be a matter of time before the inefficiencies are addressed. I believe that many investors would jump on CAPC when the message gets out.
