Thats basic risk assessment. Long term shareholders have taken in everything over EPGL's 4 year history and have decided the risk, thus far is worth the wait. All authentic risk is known and accepted by the majority. I have, I think 1.5 years with the previous company. But that's all irrelevant.

Of course, everyone will reevaluate their risk assessment and strategies if patents don't get approved. Approved patents lead to the buyout. Every single patent will most likely go through timely back and forth events. Investor limits on time are based on one's knowledge of the USPTO system and what it takes to get a patent approved. The majority know we remain quite a distance out.
