"IF" we get "case dismissed" AND the $2 MILLION plus in damages the PPS is going to soar. Everyone has to understand the bet. The recent CYIO update to the ALJ reads like it is in support of the damages claim. Everything in that update is supported by existing law. It's hard to see how the ALJ would not consider the "full" amount for damages. Hopefully we get the decision sooner than later.
