The filings speak for themselves. Anyone can review them and draw their own conclusions. Bottom line for me is that an internal forensic auditor and external auditors reviewed all claims, all financials, and approved them without drawing the same conclusion you did--that shares were improperly valued.

A Federal Judge agreed with the Auditors' legal counsel.
