The law suit was filed to drive the PPs down. Thats why it was touted on here before it was reported in the filing. There is a concerted effort being made to drive the price lower than it is now. I don't know if this is being done by enemies of Ed, or people trying to load. But one thing is for sure, it's being worked hard by a few!
