As for why its trading at 2 cents, the only thing I can come up with is that people are irrationally pessimistic with reverse splits. Many times a stock goes down after a reverse. I know that the market cap remains the same but the perception is negative. Maybe investors are waiting post reverse to jump in. At what point do investors discover CAPC if Capstone keeps growing?
