Pretty easy to "ramp up" from $38k in revenue. 100% increase would still be peanuts. 1000% increase won't even move the EPS needle with 4.5 BILLION shares outstanding. Of course, it remains to be seen if that $500,000+/quarter that has been touted is going to be VPER revenue or Apollo revenue. If it's Apollo, that's going to leave very little for VPER and even less for VPER share value.
CEO's update of "here's a sample of something that could potentially be installed on one of our streetlights" was worthless. He could have posted a link to a toaster. A toaster could be glued to a streetlight.
