BWMG - don't see any buyout? It's more a mom & pop operation imo and the CEO should have declared BK in the 2011 crunch rather than diving (pun intended) back in with the convertible debt heisters. He had it all turned around back in 2006 and made a real attempt to uplist to a big board, stock got up to $3 I think. Looks like he is trying again with several more hurdles to go.
