The building never passed anything, as made public, Bill never made updates to gain approval, also made public. Bill pumped, then dumped, also public. There is literally nothing available that supports a single positive fact about the company. However, there are numerous investigations involving Bill and his band of thieves on going, some announced publicly. Indictments take a while, about 2 years on average, but they should be handed out soon, the scams have been investigated for a long time and, fortunately, Bill is too stupid and arrogant to not get caught.
