Previously, ICS sales manager Edward Ruppert and salesmen Jason Ruppert and Richard Marshall pleaded guilty to securities fraud, mail fraud and wire fraud.

Damn, it looks like Jason and his Dad/Brother copped a plea and snitched on the others.

Not only is he a serial scammer he broke weak and snitched on his partners.

His BOP registration number is: 40391-004 - was he arrested again in 2008???
