Many have received business loans to start business. Starting a business means there is no revenue yet as you are STARTING a business. Terms may not be as favorable as a larger company however with interest rates as low as they are it would still be more favorable than dilution at these levels. They received multi-million dollar loans before when there revenue was negligible from natracuticals. They paid down that debt which is viewed favorable by banks so I find it feasible for them to get another loan to help fund trials.
