LETTER OF INTENT? LOL Pure pink!

Folks, IMSC has just sank another 2 levels in the world of stinky pink sheets! A pink sheet letter of intent is worth LESS than the paper it is printed on.

Classic pink day! Gee, no $550 million buyout? What happened to the supposed 5-6 "interested" in buying this garbage company?

It took 3 weeks for this PR to be approved by lawyers?

Come on, where else can you be entertained like this anywhere else? IMSC is pure comedy! Love these pinks!
