Perhaps you're right. My thought was that if they believe money would start rolling in anytime soon that they'd be less likely to need shares for compensation. Perhaps they do anticipate contracts but are insuring against low cash flow. MC hasn't called me yet to tell me exactly their intention. ;)

One thing that I don't understand, and perhaps it's common place, but what was the purpose of the power of attorney at the end?
