They have publicly said in PR no reverse split and no reverse merger. If they have ended dilution with new financing, there is no justification for reverse split with the share structure of original investors and current TEAM BETS. We get end of dilution news along with 8-K for financing......followed by launch PR and maybe acquisition PR......to go with previously announced rev numbers and this is a rocket ship gassing up right now IMO.
