What is she going to tell us? Everything they tried to negotiate last year failed. The only thing that has happened with $BTZO is the deal wth Kreisler, which was addressed (late of course) in the 8k. That deal closed on 12/31/15, which means they had been working on it for awhile. Maybe Khokhar decided against $BTZO because Kreisler was going to be involved. His reputation, as everyone knows, is far from stellar. That doesn't mean Marilu lied, it just means what she thought was going to happen "any day now" didn't. She never released a statement saying the deal was just waiting on signatures, she was responding to questions from shareholders that inquired every day. She responded the only way she could, and at that time was probably the truth. You can't prove otherwise.
