If valued at only $25m I have to wonder if this is NOT a grand strategy to use vortex technology in defense operations, and is driven by DMJR to use 'excitement' to drive up the share price as a result of a less-than-desirable offering for ETD.

Someone rebut this please. That's what I'm seeing through the looking glass at this moment, but hopefully not right.

The story here surely has to be better than DMRJ determining strategy in that way..
