Nope you can't- Unless PA ungags the TA it's just an ever changing number that can't be pinned down . If PA says as of so and so date said the OS is such and such a number- and Atlas says something different for that same date then I suppose if there were a lawsuit- a taped call could be used . I have a little experience with this- I get calls from overseas quite often and sometimes the language barrier can be brutal and orders get mixed up- just safe business practice .
