ok guys. Bankruptcy is still in its infancy (BK case number 16-62537 - Northern District of Georgia).

No Chapter 11 plan is filed yet, but motions to allow use of cash collateral and pay compensation show that the company is intending a reorganization and is planning on leaving bankruptcy stronger than ever.
