Bigjuice, depending on one's opinion, the shares MIDAM has can be looked at as dilution OR A STRATEGIC INVESTMENT BY THE MANAGEMENT TEAM. In the shareholder letter, the CEO stated they had a contract with MIDAM. The costs for MIDAM's services would be split between cash and distribution of shares. So, MIDAM is cashing shares in exchange for services, what's wrong with that strategy? I would suggest the dilution is minor, if at all. Let's wait for an update from the management team on the agreement before we start our cyber attacks..GLTY!!
