You responded to the rhetorical question in my post. Now try answering the questions about the shareholders meeting that are intended to elicit an actual explanation of your opinion rather than an irrelevant whimsical analogy that avoids it.

Exactly how is calling an Informational Shareholder's Meeting to discuss the company's projects directly with shareholders considered "flailing" and "amateurish"?

And what is the alternative a company should do so as not to appear like they are "flailing" and "amateurish" - not call a meeting?
