Boston - Regarding Mr. Houston's email:

There are obvious SEC restrictions surrounding the purchase of publically traded equities by insiders. But this management team, to include Mr. Houston, has been in place for years now, and to date they collectively own less then 7% of the common. I personally own more common then all of them combined. Let's be very clear, until they are certain Amedica the stock will prosper, there will be no form 4's filed and no significant insiders buying. There are 1000's of publically traded companies with insiders buying on a routine basis. Trading on material news, trading blackouts, and being to busy to buy is nothing more then excuses and once again discredits what Mr. Houston stated.

Email Mr. Houston this:

Did knowledge of dilution and reverse split influence insiders decisions to not purchase common equity through open market purchases?

Better yet, Mr. Houston, if you are lurking, care to answer?

Anyone want to purchase a '67 Ford Mustang Fastback GT350? Anyone? Anyone?
