I'll wait to hear what the FDA says...

I would think that if he felt he had to rely on 'magic' for the study to pass that he wouldn't waste the $$ on it. If this were Elite's only drug I would think he may do it because he has no other alternatives. But given those $$ could go to studies for ER drugs I think he must feel there is a reasonable chance the additional study will improve the Tmax number.

I cannot tell if he thinks that it matters if you take the drug with a meal instead of after, or if he thinks it needs an aqueous matrix (apple sauce) instead of a lipophilic matrix (fat). Maybe both. Or something else. And maybe he's right. But I know when that when he talks about studies past & present he's giving information that Carmargo has been paid handsomely to give him, and right now I'm feeling like asking for a refund. This is a technical issue which applies only to SequestOx and not the ADF pipeline, and otherwise I do not have enough info to say much else. And I don’t trust what anyone says until the FDA meeting. I think if SequestOx gets approved, it’ll most likely be because of work by Eugene Pfeiffer and less because of more work by Camargo.
