If GFOX was trading on the QX or QB tier, then I would agree with you, it probably would get suspended, but GFOX doesn't trade on either of those tiers. GFOX trades as a Pink stock. I've been involved with several Pink stocks over the years that have been delinquent with their filings and those stocks are still trading. Odds are GFOX will simply get bumped down another notch on the OTC tier....probably down to the no information designation.
