So much for the reverse split being for the purpose of uplisting.

The share price would need to multiply many times for any chance at uplist. Looks safe to say we can take uplisting off the table by looking at the current pps and situation.

Reverse split will be for the sole purpose of dilution.

The odds of a successful reverse split with uplist are lower odds than fda approval without the requested human clinical trials.
