No. They have no money. Where they going to get it?? Toxic financing next stop.
They cannot receive anymore of that $50m through their S-3 share registration agreement with Chardan as long as company is worth less than $75m by non affiliated stock holders.
Oh ya another ? is I wonder if pmcb paid Austrianova the $200k owed with what funds they have remaining.

"The Company is obligated to make additional payments of $200,000 to Austrianova under the Cannabis License Agreement by June 30, 2016."
