Cannell Capital 13D filing shows Cannell is still disposing of shares in HH, which continues to hold the price down. As long as they are selling, it will be difficult for HH to break out to the upside.

However, Cannell is down to just a 5.5% holding, from over 7% in May, and well over 10% last year. Pre split they had about 8.5 million shares, and they now have 474,000 (which would be about 7.1 million pre split shares)

Slowly but surely they are getting out, and when they either fully liquidate their position, or decide to hold on for the ride up, HH will take off like a rocket.

My guess is that they will sell to a less than 5% position, in which case, they will have to report the sales that bring them under 5%, but then will not have to report further.
